In Rich filters, What is the use of Color in smart filter?

I built a Jira dashboard with Rich filters.

I have smart filters and use them with a label. 

like this

'Completed' is the label and JQL is 'Status in (Resolved, done, Closed)'

Now, if I also choose the color green for this, how do I use the color? Where do I use the color?

The color of the smart filter clauses is displayed:

• in Rich Filter Results -- the smart filter can be used as a smart column in a View; the clauses are displayed using the color you picked
• in Rich Filter Statistic gadgets -- the smart clauses can be used as statistic type and are displayed as colored lozenges 
• in Rich Filter charts based on your smart filter 
• in Rich Filter Smart counters and gauges gadgets based on your smart filter

I learned that the color feature is used to add color to the Filtered list
