In Jira software, how do you set the language of BigPicture to Chinese?

The Jira version is 10.3.8, and the BigPicture version is 8.58.1.

BigPicture often inherits or respects the language that Jira is currently using for the user or system. So make sure:

• The default language of Jira is set to Chinese (or at least supports Chinese). Jira allows selecting a default language under Administration → System → General Configuration.

Also, each user can override the language in their profile settings (if permitted) to Chinese.
