In Jira Classic software project roadmap can I add customize filters through JQL? Also can I show dependency among tickets under Epics in roadmaps? like in following screenshot, WY-18 and WY-20 is related to each other. how can show this dependency in Roadmap view? Any idea?

Neither is possible at this stage.

For the customisable filters, whilst this isn't available you can search for parameters using the search box. There is a suggestion to allow quick filters on Classic roadmaps - vote/follow JSWCLOUD-21044. I would also consider voting/following JSWCLOUD-17524 

For the dependencies, I would vote/follow JSWCLOUD-18668 which relates to date ranges for child issues, which would be needed first to allow this to happen.
