In JSM Service Request fulfillment as per the Type of Service Request 2nd level approver will hide

Hi,

In JSM-- Service Request

I have fields Called Type of Service Request(Drop down) :Service Management(ITSM)

                                                                                                APM

                                                                                                CRM

                                                                                                QM(Quality Management)

                                                                                                Build Management

                               First Level Approver : User field

                              Second Level Approver : User field

If i select  Type of Service Request :Service Management (ITSM)

then first level approver and Second Level approver fields should be visible and Mandatory

If i select Type of Service Request: Not Service Management (ITSM) which are either one of Quality Management/Build Management/Security and Governance/CRM

then i want to see only First Level approver field. second level approver will be hide.

If the requirement is possible kindly help me out how to do the same.
