Impossible access to Pivot report.

Hello, i have a problem with the pivot report function, in Jira. Pivot report is a button in all the pages of epic, task and sub-task in the top side right of the page, it should be useful to have a report of the issue,  but when I try to do it, it stops and the page stay blank with only the menu and the logo of Atlassian.  How I can do?

Just in case - are you speaking about Pivot Report button like this:

Or different one? The reason why I'm asking is simple - we develop this plugin, so it can be a bug we need to fix
