Importing cloud Jira project to 7.10.2-standalone server facing issue

Hi 

I am trying to importing form cloud jira Project to server 7.10.2 Jira facing issue as below

"There was a problem parsing the backup XML file at /apps/atlassian-home/import/jira-new.zip: No 'key' field for Issue 11255"

Please Guide us anything we are missing....

Hello,

Unarchive the zip file, then open entities.xml and then find the 11255 issue and try to understand how it differs from other issues in the entities.xml file.

We had a look at entities.xml file reg 11255 issue we did not find any difference with other issue ticket. 

Pls guide us furter.....

we had deleted the 11255 ticket on cloud jira and took latest backup and tried to restore in server jira but still getting same error any suggestions please and identified in entities.xml the issue with "11255 " still there .

Hi now able to fix the issue the error I am getting is when I am Importing Project but when I select Restore system able to Import the Cloud Jira zip successfully .

Any How Thnx.
