Importing Data from Mantis and Jira software Server

Hi 

We have two questions.

First :  

We want to import data from Mantis to JIRA cloud but Mantis button is not present in rubric : External System Import

Second :

We also want to import data from old JIRA software server to JIRA cloud. Can you give recommandations ?

1.  I think Mantis imports are Server only, not available to Cloud JIRA
