Import project configuration is too slow

Capture.PNGI want to import small project that has about 90 issues. The problem is prosses stopped and doesn't move. what should I do?

Hi @Nazanin Pournouri 

Normally when I am running an import in Jira server I tend to have a log monitor up and running so that I can see if it is actually still running as the UI tends to not always be ideal in these situations. 

The Jira imports do take time, so don't be surprised if there are times that it looks like it stopped moving. 

How long have you been waiting now?
