When importing tasks from another project in csv I have the following error: import jira Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ user doesn't exist. ]

The project users are the same, what am I doing wrong?

What data do you have in your CSV file for the users? Is it their username or their user id that appears in JQL when you insert the user as the criteria for a User Picker field like this:

assignee=5d7fd266ca73870d9c905dbb order by created DESC
