Import error: "Fatal error during import: Parent Issue cannot be null"

How do I import a single file that contains Tasks and Sub-tasks? I've followed the directions in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/importing-data-from-csv-861253680.html#ImportingDatafromCSV-PreparingyourCSVfile

The "Creating Sub-tasks" section lays out the file format but I'm getting the above error. Can someone post a sample Task and Sub-task file?

what's your data look like?  It's possible your issueid and parentid's are not setup correctly.  also ordering matters, make sure the parent is above children in your file.
