Import and Export of the ERPA project and its 100+ tickets to my new Jire site at https://erpa-202 is not going good. I am batteling tremendously to Export the complete Project with all of its tickets to my new site.
Is there anyone that can guide me through the process as the existing process i found on google doesn't help mutch?
Hi @Kobus, welcome to the community. For moving a whole project with all 100+ tickets between two Cloud sites, skip CSV as your main route — the native transfer keeps comments, attachments and history that CSV drops. You'll need org-admin (or app-admin) rights, then go to admin.atlassian.com > Data management > Data transfer > Create copy plan > select Jira, choose the ERPA project and run the pre-checks before copying. Marc's CSV path still works as a fallback if you only need the issue fields with no history — recreate the project on erpa-202 first in that case. One heads-up: Marketplace apps and automation rules don't come across, so rebuild those on the new site. Best, Gabriela. Transfer Jira data
Hi @Kobus
Please provide the steps you are taking and related screenshots, also how is your csv build (as this needs mandatory items)
And what are the errors you receive.

Hello @Kobus
It would be helpful if you could explain what exactly you are having problems with and what is not working properly.
Best,
