If there an option to import multiple CSV files with the JIRA tickets to a product or products?

looks like you are looking for issue templates to automatically create a fixed set of issues in certain cases.
If so, you could create an automation rule that creates these issues or as an alternative, you could use a plugin. There are several ones in the marketplace.

There's not a way to import tickets automatically. You can use the CSV import function or the API. But even those are not designed to be the primary function of how tickets are created. They should be for limited use cases.

Not at one time. But you can do multiple files.
