Import Tab is missing

When I Click on create tab I do not get option to import data for bulk upload to create multiple JIRA stories.

Can someone please advise

Hi Shalini - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Go to Settings > System > External System Import

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Is your project company or team managed project?
To bulk insert issues you need to:
- Navigate to "Issues"
- Click on three dots and choose "Import issues from CSV":
