Import OTRS E-Mails as comment to Issue fails

Hello,

we work with an external company together. They use OTRS. We create an Account for the external company, so they got automaticly jira emails. These E-Mails will be imported to OTRS, but if OTRS sends a automaticly reply then our jira isn't able to import this reply. We got the error: An error occurred while trying to create issue comment: Unable to load BODYSTRUCTURE: Unable to load BODYSTRUCTURE

Is there any solution to combine jira and ORTS or a fix for the error message?

It's a bug in whatever ORTS is. It's structuring emails incorrectly and Jira doesn't know how to handle emails broken in that way
