I am using X-Ray and test executions are in-progress. Whenever I create the tickets related to the bugs the image are not displayed. I have attached a sample. This is happening for around two months. I can't find to reach the atlassian support. Are they available?

The evidences are uploaded in the X-Ray. When the tickets are created they are part of the JIRA, somehow the evidences which are images and videos are not displayed in the when viewing within the tickets. Refresh doesn't help either.
I am kind of confused from to point the problem as well.

All of that being said, I would definitely recommend reaching out to official support teams as stated above. They could take a look at the app backends and probably be able to troubleshoot this 👀
