Images are not displaying in destination site after data transfer

Hi,

I did a space data transfer from production to sandbox. I could see the data and attachments have been transferred but with no images as below. Also unable to download the attachments. Is something I am missing in the configuration or choosing the options while data transfer?

Hi @Devarajan Mani,

When you copy data from production to sandbox, there is an option to exclude attachments. Also, if you do copy attachments, this support article explains that it can take several days for the copy to (fully) complete.

Behind the scenes, your attachments are stored on a file system and the data on your work items displays a link to those stored files.

As you did not mention when the copy was done, I would recommend to:

1. make sure you did not exclude the attachments from the copy
2. give the system some time to complete if you started the copy recently
3. if it does not resolve itself, reach out (as an admin of your site) to Atlassian Support directly to look into the backend of your site.

Is it the same for the embedded images in "Description" field and "workitem links" when we do large data space to any instance including production to production?
