Image in comment - notification email

Hello,

I have this problem that I do not know if you can solve it, by copying an image in a of a comment when the notification of the change arrives in the mail indicating that an image has been added, this image leaves me with an X, can you help? Tell you that when I send an image from the e-mail to the jira if it is seen in the jira but not from the jira to the mail, thanks.

Is this in Service Desk? If so we make https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219283/mail-attachments-for-jira-service-desk?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview which solves this exact problem.

If this is in Jira Software we're going to be adding this functionality to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211069/notification-assistant-for-jira-email?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview in the upcoming 7.0 release.
