Ignore JIRA issue ids in pull request comments of Azure Repos

We are using the connections from Azure DevOps/Repos to JIRA. There, mentioned JIRA-issues ids are used to reference Commits, Branches, Pull-request, etc. to JIRA-issues. 
The references are always created for all JIRA-issues mentioned in a comment of a pull request. This is not always desirable. Is there a way to have some mentioned JIRA ids ignored? e.g. by adding escape character sequences or similar?
