Iam creating a user story in copado but it is not created in jira 
What additional steps needs to be done to get the senario worked?

Could you confirm if you have integrated your Jira site with copado? If yes, are there any logs showing how the data is sent to Jira?

If not, you will need to integrate it to send data from copado to Jira or vice versa. This document should help you get started: https://docs.copado.com/articles/#!copado-ci-cd-publication/jira-integration-setup
