Say there is a ticket in service now. I'm closing incident once i close its related user stories in jira to be closed
Can anyone suggest how to do it either from service now or jira without using 3rd party tools

I cannot think or know of anyway to do this outside of a 3rd party app.
I've integrated ServiceNow and Jira in two fashions.
One using the Jira Spoke for ServiceNow's integration hub.
The other on the Jira side using Scriptrunner, custom issue types, events, a mid server, and javascript on the ServiceNow side.
Both require a fair bit of work, the Jira Spoke was easier and requires less maintenance.
