If the user says "Unable to login with login credential" then what we should check for in jira cloud??? How to solve these type of issues?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

1. I will first check if user's account is activated or not incase if its managed account.
2. I'll check if user has access to site and product.
3. If user has site and product access, I'll ask him to reset password.
