For example I have 10 sub-tasks , 3 of which have Status On Hold . Should the Parent task have Status On Hold or Done?

Do I consider the number of sub-tasks that are Done or On Hold and decide the status of the Parent task to be Done or On Hold ?

Or maybe I should consider the percentage of  Resolution , I mean if the Parent task is Done for me or not ? I.E Should I decide myself or there is a rule?

Hello @Marianna Bakhshyan

This is to be decided by yourself only. For example your parent task has 10 sub-tasks and 3 of them are on-hold and rest are complete. Now, you can either keep the parent at on-hold status is the 3 pending sub-tasks are very critical or you can move ahead to release/deploy the parent task.  But before releasing the Parent task you should move the 3 pending sub-tasks under another parent.

Basically if you consider your Parent done then you should move the undone sub-task to a new parent, but it's upto you decide when you want to release your parent task.
