If QA is testing a ticket and the requirement changes what is the proper handling of the ticket?

Currently, a blocker is being placed by QA for the ticket.  Should the ticket simply get moved backwards to "In DEV"?  How can the work of the QA get represented as they are technically testing the ticket 2X due to the changed requirement?  What is the agile way of handling this scenario?

Hi Jennifer,

My preferred way of handling things is to never move backwards. If it is blocked, then add a Flag to the ticket (if on the board, right click on the card and select add Flag. If in the work item itself, click the 3 dots menu in the upper right and select Add flag). Leave it in the same column until it is unblocked and work resumes.
