If I refresh my Jira sandbox, will I have to reinstall a trial 3rd party app?

I have a trial going on right now in our Jira sandbox that includes a 3rd-party application. We'd like to refresh the sandbox to have more up to date data, but I'm worried the 3rd-party application will be wiped away and we'll have to configure it all over again. Will the refresh wipe out our config work?

Hi Tracy,

You can take a look at the below request in the JAC, and even vote for and follow it. 

But the gist is that the 3rd party apps and their data will be removed, but the license for the apps remain. So yes, you will probably have to re-install and reconfigure them.
