When using Jira helpdesk, I am unable to find out if the user is from within the organisation or the ticket is created by the client.
For example, assignee is Muh and reporter is Yol. Is there anything that can be done to differentiate the user?
@Sandeep GC : Reporter is the one raising the ticket. Assignee is usually the agent/IT Helpdesk that is working on the ticket.
