How to Identify tickets updated to specific status like "Need Testing" for the first time during the life of the ticket cycle. Sometimes we have ticket in multiple sprints and finally in 3rd sprint it got updated to "Needs Testing for the first time". I need to list those specific tickets during last day of sprint. thanks

For example, it seems like you are asking: how to list the issues that have been in multiple sprints when they move to "Need Testing". Why is that relevant/helpful to the team?
There are no built-in features of JQL to count the number of sprints or times in a status. If this is a short-term need, you could add the Sprint field to the board cards to see any with more than one sprint value.
