Hallo Zusammen,

ich brauche Hilfe :(
"einige vorgangstypen sind aufgrund inkompatibler feldkonfigurationen und/oder workflow-zuweisungen nicht verfügbar"

Ich habe eigene Felder hinzugefügt, alles funktioniert und ist sichtbar – es kommt nur bei „Neu“ - 

Ich habe zwei neue Felder hinzugefügt. Wenn ich neue Testszenario oder Bug erstellen möchte, kam die Meldung. Aber wenn ich alte Testszenario öffnet, keine die Meldung!
Ich was es nicht was ich falsch gemacht

Was kann ich tun?

ich habe geguckt und ich habe das gesehen! Die letzte Sub -Task muss "Standard" sein?
Die anderen alle Standard!
was soll ich machen?

You need to check if the affected issue type that is showing the error when you try to create is standard or sub-task. If you created a new issue type but it's not standard, it will not be possible to create a new ticket using the + button.

Hi Emine,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
This issue usually happens for new issues when the issue type is a sub-task, or different field configuration for different issue types, or even permission scheme.
When we create a new issue type, we can select if the issue type is a standard or sub-task, can you please go to Jira Settings > Issues > Issue types and check if the affected issue types are standard or sub-tasks?
When did this issue start? Was there any change before this? You can check if someone changed some configuration for the project on Jira settings > System > Audit log.
