Within Trello, I track tasks that I must do on a daily basis, as well as weekly and monthly tasks. Most of these tasks recur on a very specific / non-changing schedule, such as: every single day, once per week, twice per week, once per month, etc.
Currently I have the following setup to help manage this:
I have a list that is my "Master daily to-do list", and I have all of my tasks that recur every single day within that list.
I configured Butler-Calendar to copy all of the cards in that list every day to another list called "Daily to-do". That way I can archive each card within the "Daily to-do" list once I am completed with that task, without affecting the "Master" list.
For my other tasks that are weekly, bi-weekly, etc., I configured Butler-Calendar to "create a new card with the title 'insert title here' every Tuesday" in list "Daily to-do", etc.
This process is... ok... but I feel like there may be a more efficient way? That's what I'm looking for suggestions on, to see if there is any better or more efficient way to achieve this goal.
