We are looking for te nest report to see how long an issue was in each swimlane
@Lynn Owens, time in swimlane really doesn’t make sense. Maybe you mean time in a given status or maybe time to resolution?
to be clear there are certainly swimlanes. my only point is that it wouldn't make sense to try to capture time in swimlane. The swimlanes are simply filters of issues that meet certain criteria. A way of compartmentalizing issues. Can you restate your requirement such that I might be able to assist?
p.s. it is best to use the "Reply" button rather than "Answer" button to ensure the thread remains clean for future readers.

There is an "average time in status" gadget that might be useful but if you want to know on a issue-by-issue basis of how long an issue is in each status for the lifecycle of the issue then consider the EasyBI addon. That seems to be a common recommended addon for this purpose.

You are most welcome. If your question is now resolved be sure to click the checkmark above to accept solution as it helps others when they have a similar question. But, only if sufficiently answered.
