I would like to reset the admin password to  https://productsd2b.atlassian.net/  and https://data2botsadmin.atlassian.net/ but I can't seem to get it done.

Hey @Motunrayo Adebayo ,

Those are cloud instances so you can't really interact with it directly. If needed you can ask a password reset for a admin account and have it sent to the email linked to that account.

"can't seem to get it done" is a bit vague so if you have specific issues feel free to share them

I would like to ask for a password reset for a admin account.

I don't remember the email that was used to create them so I can't request for a password rest.
