I would like to know if there are any cost savings we can leverage by switching from a monthly plan to a annual plan

Our monthly fees seem to be constantly increasing due to an added user count or some other add-on products. I would like to investigate what advantages could we make use of if we were to switch to an annual payment term.

There is - annual Cloud subscriptions cost the same as 10 months of monthly payments.  So it's 2 months cheaper.
