I would like to delete the site I created , but the option does not appear when I open the subscription page.
I had previously installed a few add-ons on this site, but I have since removed them.
Also, there is no data that needs to be preserved, so deleting it immediately would not be a problem.

Hello @南伸一
Are you trying to delete one site and keep the Organization, or do you also want to delete the Organization?
This document provides links to all the information about deleting an Atlassian Cloud Organization.
https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/delete-your-organization.
Note that when you cancel a subscription it remains accessible until the end of the current billing cycle in case you change your mind. Then it is deactivated but held for another period of time again in case you change your mind.
If you want to try to expedite the process contact the Atlassian Licensing Support team..

Hi,
If the delete option is not appearing, I would check two things before assuming the button is just hidden:
1. Whether you are signed in as an organization admin for that Atlassian organization/site.
2. Whether anything attached to the site is still active or still in its deactivation window.
Marketplace apps can be easy to miss here. Removing an app from the product is not always the same thing as having every subscription/trial fully inactive from the billing side.
I would try this path:
1. Go to admin.atlassian.com.
2. Select the organization that owns that site.
3. Open Billing and check the site/products there.
4. Confirm Jira and any Marketplace apps/trials are canceled or inactive.
5. Check whether the site/product is still in a waiting or restore period.
Atlassian's org deletion docs also mention that subscriptions/trials need to be canceled before the organization can be deleted, and apps may need time to deactivate.
If all products/apps are already inactive and you are definitely the org admin, then I would open a billing/admin support request and include the full site URL privately, not in the public Community thread.

Thank you for the suggestion.
It appears that this site cannot be deleted because there is an active Rovo subscription associated with it.
Therefore, I have sent a deletion request to 'sales-ops-support@atlassian.com'.
