Hi @Maharshi Kinjankumar Patel you don't mention if you are a System Administrator or not, or if you're using the Cloud. If you're a System Administrator, or know who your System Administrator is, you may want to open a ticket with Atlassian. (support.atlassian.com/contact) and they could give you more specifics on their error.
