It sounds like a training from your own company's learning platform (or whichever organisation issued it).

• Your best bet is the training administrator or L&D team at the organisation that assigned it — retake limits are set in their LMS, not anywhere public.
• If there's a "contact support" or help link inside the course itself, that usually routes to the right people.
• If it actually was an Atlassian University course, their support is at support.atlassian.com — but the course name doesn't match anything in their catalogue that I know of.

I agree with @Thanasis Nikolaou 😊 It’s worth checking the course page or original email for the training provider’s support contact, as they should be able to confirm whether a retake is possible.
