Hi @Racketclub Westerbork welcome to the community. If you haven't yet, I would refer you to this Atlassian article about reactivating your subscription. If that doesn't work for you, I would open a ticket with Atlassian support and choose the billing/subscription option and they should be able to help you.
As a user community, we're not going to be able to assist with account issues.
