if you could help me build a dashboard in JIRA to monitor burndown rates, time in status, and time to completion for issues and stories within Data Delivery Boards. I was reviewing online and most needed admin privileges to set up

You don't need to be an admin to create dashboards, just the permission to "create shared objects" if you want to share them

Thanks for the steps, but as i following the steps for further process of changing not able to find the settings options beside the popularity field
