I want to have commit-msg hook

I used https://bigbrassband.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GITSERVER/pages/92177150/Commit-msg+Hook  as an example

JIRA_HOST_NAME = 'companyname.atlassian.net'

JIRA_USER = 'gobinda@companyname.com'

JIRA_PASSWORD = 'password'

After putting the credential am still getting this issue.

Error: Access denied to the Jira server. Please check your credentials.
