I want to give just 'create user/ update password' permission to a user. Is this possible?

I want to give access to one of the users to Create a user and reset password for any in JIRA. But I do not wish to provide global admin access to the user. Is there a way I can set this up?

Admin permission is the only way.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
