To delete your Atlassian account, please follow the steps here.

Note you'll have a 14 day cooling off period.

Specific steps below

Delete your account

To delete an account:

1. Access your Account settings at id.atlassian.com/manage-profile.

2. Select Account preferences.

3. Navigate to the Delete your account section and select Delete account.

4. Before you delete the account, carefully read what happens to the deleted account.

5. Select Delete account and confirm you want to delete it in the confirmation dialog that appears.

• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions.
• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more open invoice requests

Thank you. This suggests that you have an open subscription

Do you have any other active users on your account or are you the sole owner and person in this account?

If someone else is on the account, you'll need to transfer the billing role to another user, or cancel the subscription

Otherwise contact Atlassian Support and Choose the option Billing
