I want to create a field that will be filled automatically when the user select an option in another drop-down field. To do it, I have created an automation but now, I need to know how to apply it to a certain issue type.

You probably just need to add a Condition for the Issue Type field. 

Can you share a screenshot of your rule?

I want change "Selecciona la carpeta ..." and then automatically change "¿Quien tiene ...?".
