Hello, currently I have a credit card method payment monthly, but as a company we need to change it to a wire transfer method, I try to change the method but is blocked. Can you help me?

If you are a billing admin, you can check your available options by going to admin.atlassian.com/billing, selecting your billing account, and navigating to Billing profiles > Manage > Change payment method.
If wire transfer is unavailable there, it typically means your subscription tier or billing structure doesn't support it natively. For a monthly Standard subscription, you will need to contact Atlassian Billing directly to see if they can transition you to an invoice-based setup, as the Community cannot modify payment eligibility.
