I want to change the fields in Version. Is that possible?

Hi, I need help. I want to know if I can modify fields in Version? For example, remove the Development field?

Welcome! As far as I know, this is the out of the box design. Has been there quite some time. None of the elements can be removed .

Although, you do have the option to bring the issues in the issue navigator and remove that column and export it to CSV for reporting.
