I want to change payment but unable to locate

Please guide me how to change card information for the billing, which account is associated to edit card information for the billing

Welcome to the community.

Only an org or site admin is able to view and change the billing details on a Cloud instance, if you are not the org/site admin on the instance, contact the org/site admin.

I am org Admin in Jira but unable to locate the screen which is mentioned in the shared article
