I've setup some custom fields in a Next-gen project, but can't get them to show up in Navigator view

For my next-gen project, using a requirement issue type, I've setup a few customer fields. That works fine within the issue, but I can't get those fields to show up in the navigator table view. Would appreciate any tips.

Can you explain “navigator table view” can you share a screenshot?

Somehow it's magically working as expected. I have no idea why it wouldn't show up correctly initially after about 45minutes of trying, but now it seems fine. Sorry for the false alarm.
