I using plugin xray when load Test Repository, i cant loading issues

i using version plugin 6.2.11 and jira version v8.22.3

Hi @aaa , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.

I think the problem is outside of Atlassian, in the sense that the query doesn't have enough resources to run.
