Atlassian suddenly deactivate my Jira and confluence accounts with informing to me raised the support ticket for help but for last 1hr I did not receive any response from Jira support.

Unfortunately Atlassian support does require some wait time. Support is given depending on your plan and the availability of the support engineers.

At this time you'll have to wait for an engineer to pick up your ticket.
If the application is that critical to you I'd suggest to look in to more urgent support options for the future.
