I see no screens available on my Screen View page

I want to change an order of the fields on some of my screens (as well as make some fields visible/hidden for the project), but when I go to Issues->Screens I see nothing in the list. It's just empty. 

I am an Administer Jira and Site Admin user but don't have permissions to see my screens. 

How can I get this access?

I do not think that it is a permission issue.

Hi Alex,
could you please help me to figure out how to execute steps from Workaround sections?
 1. Open affected workflow, 'Screen' section of related transition will show "null".
 2. Change "null" to any other existing screen.
I don't see any Screen section on the Workflow page.

I guess, you need to go to cog item -> issues -> workflows . Open each workflow in edit mode, open each transition and if there is a null screen, you should delete it.
