What issues are you expecting to see?
When you complete a sprint you tell Jira what to do with the incomplete issues - move them to the backlog or another sprint. If you reopen the sprint after that, those incomplete issues will no longer show in that sprint because they would either now be in the backlog or another sprint.
The only issues you should see are the issues that were completed in that sprint.
