I need to edit the Jira user server other application

I do an RDS restore which creates a new database which we use for testing.

I connect my server application server to the server but I need to update Jira user server > other directory so our confluence in test can use this server for authentication. I need to do so in the database so we can scripts the process

I figured out how to do the base url and the application link
