It looks like there is no uk phone number to call and you can call them only if you have a certain type of subscription?! - I need to speak to a human.
I've been trying to stop my Loom subscription for days now.
The email with the move from Loom to Atlassian is not redirecting to the page like it should so the website is stuck! I could not log back in.
I read that it wasn't enough to delete my Loom account to make sure that the payments would stop too.
Does anyone know how to stop my Loom subscription properly please?
It's now not even making me access it because in one of my attempts I pressed 'delete account' on my phone Loom App.
Please help me!
The most important thing here is that deleting the Loom account and stopping billing are related, but not exactly the same step.
So the safest order is:
1. cancel/downgrade the Loom subscription
2. then delete the account
If your account is already integrated with Atlassian, the cancellation step should happen in Atlassian billing, not only in the Loom mobile app. If the redirect/login flow is broken, I’d focus on getting billing canceled first, because that is what prevents further charges.
